Mental health struggles are real and treatable. You did not choose to experience them, but you are capable of learning to manage them. My experience and training over the past 10 years have ingrained the importance of providing evidence-based care. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Self-Compassion are my primary modalities as well as the most research-supported for common concerns such as depression and anxiety.
